Co-Director of the SWLP, Susanne Schmeier, and team members Alyssa Offutt, P.E., Henry Pitts, and Zoe Rosenblum recently attended and presented throughout the 7th Annual Water & Peace Seminar, which was hosted in Kathmandu, Nepal this year! Organized by IHE Delft Institute for Water Education, South Asian University, and NIICE NEPAL, this year's theme is "Diplomacy, Dialogue, Discourses: Exploring potentials and challenges for inclusive water cooperation."
Following the seminar, our team members stuck around for the 2nd Annual Research Methods School, a program under the CroWD (Cross-regional learning for transformative water diplomacy) project! CroWD is one of six current large-scale projects funded through IHE Delft's Water and Development Partnership Programme. Read more about the CroWD project here! Following the completion of the program, the Young Water Researchers CroWD will receive a certificate from IHE Delft and South Asian University in "Research Methods for Transformative Water Diplomacy."
